All I know cup sizes particularly D and DD cups are smaller IRL than one would imagine from their depiction in popular media..... As I write this I realize pickup bras were probably used in the media.
 
Really small is best, if they're a bit bigger than really small, then perky/firm is better.
 
Problem in most cases is big boobs come with big butt
Small butts come with tiny boobs
Cant win
