Ideas for a Bachelors Party!

Hi All

Hoping you can help me.

Got to arrange a bachelors party soon.

Please can you guys tell me if you have bachelors that you have been to in the past that you really enjoyed?

Ideas other than where to go and what to do would be welcome too.. eg. Things to make the bachelor do.

Will be 20-25 Guys.
 
Did one recently where we played Pub Golf. Over dressed as golfers and treated each pub as a hole. Each player got to nominate a pub that we would go to (that would be their hole) and would nominate the drink for that hole. Points worked like this:

- If you drank the nominated drink, you got a birdy for that hole
- If you drank 2 x the nominated drink, you got an eagle for that hole
- If you drank any other alcoholic drink, you got a par for that hole
- If you drank a non-alcoholic drink, you got 2 over par

Worst player got punished and best player got rewarded at the end of the course. It worked well and we just used Uber to get between pubs all day/night.

Tell me about the hen's party and where that is going to be.
 
All depends on the guys in the group, what they like and their ages I guess.
Maybe just ask the groom what he will like and take it from there. Maybe he just wants a chilled braai and kuier with his pals, or maybe he wants to hit the town for the night and party like there's no tomorrow etc.
If just a kuier and braai, spice it up with some drinking games, all games of course stacked against the favour of the groom with him having to drink the most. That's if he drinks, I've been to a bachelors of a guy who doesn't do alcohol at all, it was pretty boring though I guess he enjoyed it.
 
Why does the bachelor need to do anything at all?

Why can't he just have a good party on his mates?

This^

Go play paintball together. Go river rafting. Do an adventure trail together. Kloofing, quad biking. Beer tasting, whiskey tasting.

Depends on the groom-to-be though. Your aim is not to give him his worst day every...
 
from experience, make sure its something the groom to be would enjoy the most.
if he is happy, then everyone will have fun.

in the past few years I have been to quite a few.
poker night wiht no booze.
weekend away at a game farm.
paintball
boardgames day (my own batchalors)
night out to teasers.
night out wiht weed browneys and pub crawling (disaster groom to be got greenies)


and honestly they were all fun in their own way, but if the man of the hour stops having fun the entire experience turns sour for everyone.

That's the most important. Paintballing, boozing, making him dress like a tart and beg for cash, all good fun, but as long as it's something he is cool with and can have fun, THAT is what matters.
 
oooohh, and also make sure it's far enough away form the actual wedding to avoid any burns, hangovers, etc that may put a damper on proceedings and lead you to be axed from the event
 
We hired a bunch of strippers to come over and teach us algebra....

Bachelors of Science, FTW!
