Isn't that the STEDI Quick-Fit high beam piggyback adaptor ?Can anyone identify this connector? It's from a Ford Ranger so not sure if it could be some proprietary connection.

What did you do to the connectors that it needs replacing?Awesome! That is definitely it.
The connector is in the centre console and connects switches to relays in the bin to control auxilary light circuits.
