Identifying a Number

This number has ben phoning me 4 or 5 times a day, and putting down after I say hello. I've tried looking for an app to block the number, but as far as I can see, between WP 7.8 and my Lumia 800, I can't find a solution. So I'm hoping that somebody can identify the number, and I can take some other steps, as it now becoming harrassment, and is interfering with my work.

The number is +27310012921.

Thanks, I've had a look at that, and will have to make a blank ringtone file, and keep my phone off vibrate, which seems a bit extreme to stop this nonsense. I'll keep looking for a solution though!

Great stuff, traced it to Springbok, Alexander Bay, Port Nolloth. Will Vodacom block numbers for customer?

If you have a Android fone, just use a call blocker like Mr Number.

I love Cell C Mytools. Just load the number online as a contact and assign to go straight to voicemail.
If the caller's product is so good they will leave a voicemail

I have had this argument with Vodacom. They can easily monitor which of these scavenging firms are making in excess of 10,000 sub-5-second phone calls per month and then ban them for network abuse. It is not possible for end users to block them when they originate from hidden numbers - not without having to block all hidden numbers.
