Idle bandwidth ? GoogleTalk ?

Got myself 6680, got the R100 data bundle. So far, love the experience coming from 6600.

I got hold of IM software that can jabber(and googletalk, without the voice) called IM+. I like it even though it lacks the option to vibrate when a message comes in. now before i get carried away.

How much bandwidth is lost just keeping the EDGE connection alive (to keep my googletalk session alive)

And, how much bandwidth is lost keeping just the googletalk connection idle? (On phone/or PC)

I wonder if MXit supports googletalk.

I use MSN with AgileMessenger on my Symbian phone, and even when i send lots of messages and even some voice messages i usualy use less than a meg a day.

Can agile messenger send do voip calls?
and how to u configure I'M+ to connect to googletalk ? what server address and is that under jabber settings?
