iDraw

Has anyone used iDraw for OsX? I'm looking for an Illustrator alternative for the missus and so far it looks the most promising.

I'm open to other suggestion.

I've already downloaded pixelmator as a photoshop substitute. iDraw is a vector image app along the lines of illustrator. At least I hope it is.

Since seeing your post I took some time to look over iDraw and whilst it superficially appears to cover most bases (has a few positive reviews), it's very difficult to provide any concrete opinion without first testing an app; unfortunately there are no demos, so no luck there.

What it seems to have going for it IMO is a cheaper price for functionality similar to illustrator; whether that is good enough is anybody's guess.

As I already have purchased illustrator CS6 and enjoying it, I certainly not in the market to try something else (especially if it requires me to spend money).

Is there any specific reason you've been avoiding illustrator?
