If Sentech doesn't deliver do you still pay

As I understand it, the Sentech contract is for 2 years and doesn't offer any guarantee of service level.

In light of all the negative postings about unacceptable service and support, I am distinctly nervous about signing for this service when it eventually comes my way.

Is there informed opinion about the enforceability of the contract if the service patently ceases to exist?

if i'm not mistaken, there is an option to buy the modem (R3500) and then you only sign a one year contract... or something like that.

can anyone confirm this?

I haven't lost my mind... It's backed up on disk somewhere...
