If the world could vote?

In Iraq every Baathist, Al Qaeda, Mahdi army member would vote Obama. Just like every other extremist on the planet :o

There was an article a while back where an Islamic extremeist group (possibly Alqaeda linked) posted on their site that they would support McCain to feul their terrorism as it would mean more resentment for the west. Something to do with him sending more tropps or being more hostile etc.

The link was on MyADSL I'm sure but I don't have it now.

Besides that do you really think this matters at all? Do you honestly believe Obama will be in any way vaugely supporting Muslim/any extremists as the president of America?

by adding the ":o" smiley to the end of all your posts, does it somehow exempt the content of those posts of any responsibility towards logic, or empirical evidence?

or is it simply the sign of the truly enlightened republican who goes around posting "facts" that he's found on freerepublic.com or other such hopelessly biased right-wing sites?

I smell a clone

Are you saying that you are a clone of the stereotypical gun toting, bible thumping, homophobic, racist, redneck mid-western American, who will defend his ridiculous political views on fabrications to hide his true bias?

What the world wants - Obama or McCain?

East Asia - McCain, traditionally the Republicans have saved and reconstructed S Korea and Japan, they're also more likely to want stronger trade ties.
China - Dems more likely to introduce protectionist measures in an environment of recession and more likely to look at Chinese human rights abuses. Reps - more for free and open trade.
Taiwan - more pro Rep as they are anti-Chinese.
Korea - afraid Dems will sink their trade agreement with US.
Western Europe - pro Obama, want more consultation in regards to US foreign policy and don't want to upset the Russians.
Easter Europe - afraid of Russian expansion, pro McCain.
South America - mix, left (Venezuela) pro Obama, Brazil and Mexico
may be pro-McCain, once again some free trade agreements in question.
Middle East - Israel and Saudi Arabia pro McCain.
Iran - pro Obama although they caught themselves out before,
they were against dealing with Carter, and when Reagan came he
was even tougher.
Russia - McCain would oppose and put an end to Moscow's expansionistic policies (eg think of Russian military base in Syria), so obviously Russia pro Obama.
