Last month, Sars seized 7000 pills that appeared to be Viagra.

In October, about 4 150 pills were seized and 3340 in November.

Viagra cannot be purchased without a prescription.

Though the festive season peak cannot be explained, Port Elizabeth clinical sexologist Leandi Buys said men want a pill that they believe will boost their sex life and self-esteem - and they want to buy it at the lowest price.

A pack of four Viagra pills costs R485 in South Africa but some companies in Japan offer them on-line at R50 a pop.

"Though many men with erectile dysfunction may be too embarrassed to get a prescription from a doctor, I believe the price leads many men to buy Viagra from other countries.

"Each pill costs more than R100 in South Africa but men put themselves in danger by buying from outside sources," she said.

Buys said men who take Viagra or other pills to treat erectile dysfunction without the go-ahead of a doctor put themselves at risk.

"We don't even know if what is coming in is Viagra. That is a risk on its own and can kill a man. When a man [consults] a doctor, the side-effects and dangers of him taking the drug are explained."

A man with a heart condition would have to be examined and assessed before Viagra could be prescribed, she said.

Police spokesman Marika Mullen said the pills seized a month ago were valued at almost R700 000 and had been sent by mail from China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and the UK .

"When Sars prevents shipments of such tablets entering South Africa it is because it is not immediately clear if they are genuine and import regulations might have been contravened," said Mullen.

Parcels containing drugs are sent by Sars to health authorities for investigation.

"If counterfeit goods are suspected, the copyright holders are asked to verify the authenticity of the product," Mullen said.

Nope, i buy the generic from my connection, no idea where he gets it from but it is a legit generic viagra that you can get at dischem with a script. I would never in my life import or use drugs from asian countries.

Pfffft. I have used Kamagra on occasion for many years now. You know, when you get too drunk to properly perform And Viagra works out at about R80 per pill, and Cialis about R100 per pill. Kamagra about R35 per pill, and it's the exact same thing.

Yeah true it's in your system for much longer, but Tadalafil does not work so well with alcohol as Sildenafil does.

Well a simple pm will sort you out . Zippy you realize a 50 pound printer, cannot manufacture and package these items, They are legit. I have never seen a 50 pound printer that can make the packaging, make the label and then air lock it. Maybe you got a link for me.

You can also google and see what the generic looks like so it isn't rocket science to ensure the stock is legit.

No sloot 100mg is insane if you have a g/f willing to go for 2 hours LOL, the last 30 minutes of those 2-3 hours is spent trying to cum hahahaha. Cialis is inferior to viagra.

Nope. it is the other way round. Tadalafil works well with alcohol, Sildenfanil (VIAGRA) not.

True if the "rock hardness" is what to judge by. Cialis provides a softer more sensible erection for over two days - not permanently, as option.
But there is an obvious solution which also spares one from all the gasty sideeffects those stuff has on many users:
For a nice weekend take 10mg to 15mg Cialis on Friday and then 25mg Viagra before the act. More of any of the both won't help more, trust me, no sense in taking more.
And not necessary as the combination will provide the best of bothe worlds, no problems when drinking alcohol, a basic enhanced ability to perform for the whole weekend and an erection hard enough to carve a diamond.

On a sidenote: 50mg Viagra or 25mg Cialis saturate the targeted receptors completely so taking more then this says either one has low dosed pills or one is believing in miracles as more then complete saturation is not possible. When a glass is full to the brim it is full, there is no "double full". Or one has programmed oneself to confuse sideeffects and wanted effects, ritualisation is the word.
