Maybe if you know the admin and only for test runs.

No point using them otherwise.

Look, non Blizzard servers are okay for certain things, mainly trying out end-game content and practice runs. If you know the server owner you can get yourself a nicely spec'ed lvl 70 for that.

Otherwise they are too quite and too buggy I'm afraid :/
