Hey all, this is probably one of those posts where we're looking for someones help but can't pay them.

Usually, it goes like this;
"I have an idea but need a developer to create my dream, I cant pay you, but will share the spoils."

However, this time its turned around.
I'm a developer and have a great domain www.openproperty.co.za, I will also use custom software (Wordpress-based) that I've created from scratch to develop the final property listing script.

The software I intend to use is built on wordpress, with completely custom theme, built from scratch. I will of course create a custom theme for the property listing script too and add all those nice features, like on modern property listing scripts.

The custom software I'll use is the one on www.travelgo.co.za

I think you may have looked at TravelGo at exactly the wrong time, I'm planning on adding the other 99 properties within this week.

I've done hundreds of html sites and many custom wordpress sites, but none of them are to the extent that I've gone with TravelGo.

While I applaud your initiative, I don't believe you have a very good value proposition for a potential investor.

As an example, I can buy this property listing script for $22 (live demo: http://codecanyon.net/item/realcon-real-estate-property-listing/full_screen_preview/8352001) which actually looks pretty decent. Therefore the value you bring to the table right now would be $22 (roughly) plus R75 for a co.za domain (the domain is not exactly high value).
In addition to this the market is rather saturated and besides some stuff only a developer would ever care about you haven't mentioned anything that would differentiate you from the hundreds of other sites doing almost the same thing.
