I've applied for a complete package via an ISP about 2 weeks ago.
Yesterday my ADSL came online. (yay!)
I contacted my ISP via email, requesting my info so I can verify my line.
I only got a reply from them saying that Telkom is still processing the line and they are awaiting feedback.
Now I normally like to know whats happening, not just because I'm curious but because I hate not knowing what I'm waiting for.
Can someone please enlighten me as to what else needs to processed?
What other steps do Telkom still need to perform before they will contact my ISP?
The line is active, so all that is needed is for Telkom to pass the info onto the ISP...but that can't take almost 2 full days? Or am I missing something?
I'm not complaining or anything of the like...I just really want to know how things work since this is my first adsl application.
The ISP hardly ever gives me a full answer, only short comments like "the line is still being processed". Doesn't help me much.
