Morning so a post came out at work I applied so this morning I went for the first around of interview. It's called dover/VST I was doing so well in the beginning, in the middle things started to get worse I'm so disappointed in myself as I was so confident that I will make it into the second round. I have not got the results I have to wait for couple of days, just hope I pass even though I know I didn't do well.

I think I should be thankful even if I didn't do well that I still have a job.

Just by this alone I would say you went in with more confidence than preparation or even ability. Some may call it grammar nazi-ing, but some punctuation would have made your post above much more readable. You put the onus on the reader to make sense of what you were trying to say, rather than taking the effort to express yourself clearly.

By that alone, I would say you probably went into the interview wanting them to see your potential, instead of being able to show them your potential. There's a big difference.

Hopefully, you do make it to the next step, but then be thankful that someone made the effort to look beyond the initial representation.

Cool next time I will write in xhosa.

I feel I should have done better, I will just wait for the results and take it from there.
 
What is dover/VST and what kind of post was it for? I googled it and got some audio plugin thing...
 
Just Google Dover test you will see it on YouTube. My english is not good it test how fast you react in a case of emergency.

It will eventually happen for you if you keep knocking on the right doors and be prepared for the day someone opens it.

That's interesting thanks :) Wasn't aware of it.

I imagine competitive gamers would ace it though :D

Update I got the results today against all odds I passed, I scored 59% so I'm in thanks for words of encouragement.

Reminds me of the accounting subject I did this year for my degree. I was completely stumped in the written exam. Luckily I still passed. Fark knows how :D
