I'm going to need a new case I think.

BH Photo has those for about $170.. which isn't really all that bad come to think of it...

Yeah I know. That is if they will ship to us. I have been dealing with quiet a few imports and cost of shipping is many times the killer of the deal. The USA government ships a product for $55 then for the same packet others wants $200-500. Many companies when approached do not want to ship here due to loss of parcels so you end up having to use couriers.

B&H Photo are more than happy to ship here. The prices I listed are specific to SA. :)

No, not at this stage - there is nothing to take pics of in Pretoria....
If you go out to picture taking spots, you'll get mugged and the camera pinched. I should join a club where they organise outings and a few people go along.

One can only take 'so many' pics of the dog!!

That sucks - I just walk around with my camera slung over my shoulder (though I'm still a bit over protective with the new lens :D)

But hey - you do have those three Makros so that's something :D

I'm thinking about joining the local photography club as well and I'll need to think about a case for that too (see the subtle segue back on topic :))
