Cos sam is a muslim. Also, that oaklands precinct is predominantly jewish (up the road from Madiba's place) and the owners, ironically, are muslim. No pork to be had there. Which is a pity, because their pizzas always smelt so lekker but a Hawaii pizza is incomplete without the ham.
