im still havin problems please help

well i used hirens bootcd to get rid or that prorat backdoor then i went onto the google and saw another remedy from symantec which said i now have to edit a setting in regedit something to do tith internet explorer and ffservice.exe after i did that now after i logon it just freezes after i enter my password and stays that way.... please somebody help me with this problem i tried last known good settings that work but nothing helps i tried logging into safe mode but that also freezes

please guys help me once mor

when i went into the registry i was supposed to alter the values in the right pane to Explorer.exe but i added "Shell "="explorer exe"

was a stupid mistake and that was why the computer did not load it just froze
