I'm surprised! Good for Cybersmart\Telkom support
I logged a fault with cybersmart call centre this morning, slow speed on my adsl line 10k download speed max on 384k adsl
Telkom just phoned me about 10 min ago at 22:20 on a sat night
asking me to test and give feedback on speed ect. ( resetted my connection )
( did not fix it btw ) a tech will phone me mon morn and do tests at the exchange and come to my place for further testing )
omg. what a surprise
telkom are really stepping up support
