I dont know who else has had experience with this ISP, but man I am at a loss at how horrible their business practices are.

For a start, when I first registered. They asked me to pick up the router from their offices or I had to wait a few days, so I obliged. I get to their offices the next morning (a friday) after speaking to the on the phone and there is NO ONE at their offices, ITS LOCKED. I wait about an hour for someone to arrive and nothing. I eventually call and get a hold of one of their technicians who apologises and offers to bring it to me. He does, good on him. But wow, not professional at all. (They also give you the worst and cheapest router possible, and dont let you access any of the settings on it)

I tried to cancel with them recently due to their connection dropping quite often. The thing is, at the time I registered, they offered "free installation and router". Now when I ask to cancel, they've snuck in a term deep in their contract that I owe 2750 or so to cancel.

How is that ethical at all? They offer the worst possible service, and to get out I need to pay them almost 3k for nothing. Im considering getting a lawyer involved perhaps, this can't be in line with the cpa at all.
