I'm thinking of changing provider. Is Imaginet any good?
 
I can vouch for them. Have been a Freestyle 3000 (with the soft cap) client for about a year now.

Haven't had a single problem, so can't comment on the support they offer - but I'd say that's a good thing too :)
 
Imaginet have always been very efficient and helpful when I have called them, and I have not had any problems with them. I like their Freestyle packages because you aren't really capped. You purchase a certain base amount, and then pay a comparatively reasonable amount for every 100MB extra that you use. If your needs change, you can change your base amount just before month end, to be effective the following month. I highly recommend them.
 
nice... but dont like the extra mb you get charged for if u go over your cap ....
if that still exists
otherwise i have heard they have good service records
 
Imaginet is no good. there is a time when you will want to leave them and that time will come after 3 moths. and they will keep billing you I am a victim of them as I am writing this. STAY AWAY FROM IMAGINET HOSTING.

lUCKY YOU JAS. I am still charged even after I cancelled my hosting plan 2 months ago. I bought my hosting and domains from Imaginet hosting and all was fine until I decided to move to my own servers because they treated me like rubbish they don't care about you but themselves. The major problem rised when I decided to cancel my hosting with them. I requested an invoice of all the money I owed them so that I pay before I leave them. I paid and I received an email saying confirm that you are cancelling your hosting. Then I replied, I confirm. After 2 months I received an email saying you owe us and we have suspended your domains. What can I do Guys.

I am a firm believer in better late then never.

All I know about Imaginet is they don't have an unsubscribe link in their marketing emails. Very annoying.
