IMAP settings for Vodamail?

Hi, I've been searching Google for Vodamail's IMAP settings, but all I cound find was a hint that they may support IMAP4. Does anyone actually know the IMAP settings for Vodamail, e.g. incoming server hostname, port number, encryption type, etc?

Use the following settings to setup vodamail in your email
Account Type:
Imap4

Email Address:
[email protected]
(e.g. [email protected])

User Name:
Vodacom number
(in 27821234567 formats)

Password:
****** (Your login password)

Mail Server (imap4):
imap4.vodamail.co.za
port : 143
security : none


Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
smtp.vodamail.co.za
port: 25

login same as incoming need authentication

Google lead me to this post. I'm trying to set up my dad's fiance's Vodacom email. Just a heads up that these settings didn't work for me.

Try port 587 instead of 25.

Anyone come right with this?

I changed my password and after I updated password in gmail I cannot send email. Tried all port & SSL/TLS combinations...
