iMate JasJar synch problem

I know this is an "old" device but some old school business people still swear by it.
Recently the device has been starting to act up. Active Sync says everything is synced, while if you look at the data (emails, notes), it hasn't been synced. Any suggestions?

Secondly, where under the Device Manager (windows) will you find the iMate? It is connecting via the USB cable.

I've still got my Universal somewhere.. ( The HTC codename for the JasJar )

As for the sync issue - perhaps try a hard reset after using PIMbackup http://tinyurl.com/ycz7c7z - if you can't use google

Otherwise try upgrading to WM6.5 ( my jasjar ran it beautifully ) and you'll have a much better device and it'll last you even longer than it has.
