"Immanent" and Zimbabwe

My guess is South Africa is going to end up like Zim, 10 years from now
G@D I stopped reading after the 1/2 of the third letter. How sick, can this be true in the modern world of today! Just shows Africa cannot and will not ever be able to improve or manage. DITTO!

BTW you say ten Years, maybe but I think a lot worse will happen before then.

May g@d save this G@Dless country!

The irony of arresting the baker for increasing the price of bread by 50% but ignoring the government owned phone company for increasing internet prices by 2700% is absolutely bone shaking.

Haha.. sounds familiar. :(

It shows nothing. This is one country out of the whole of Southern Africa. Botswana's doing great, even Mozambique's improving rapidly. And of course South Africa is showing steady economic growth.

Using your logic we could look at North Korea and condemn all East Asia.

mugabe is a Fu1cking moron

Farmers up for defying eviction
27/09/2006 09:14 - (SA)

Johannesburg - Two white Zimbabwean farmers are to be charged for refusing to vacate their land, say reports.

According to the Commercial Farmers Union, another 50 white landowners across the country had been ordered to surrender their properties.

Vice-president Trevor Gifford said the two farmers would appear next Tuesday in the magistrate's court in the farming town of Karoi in Mashonaland West province.

He said: "They are being accused of ignoring eviction notices that were served on them.

"The tragedy is that the two are some of the best in tobacco and cereals. One of them had just delivered 1 000 tons of maize to the Grain Marketing Board; now he is going to be prosecuted for doing that."

State security, lands and land reform minister Didymus Mutasa confirmed that the government would bring charges against some white farmers for ignoring eviction orders.

He said: "Yes, the process has started. Those who refuse to comply with eviction orders are slowing down our land reform programme and will face the music."

The government - which said earlier that it had ended farm seizures to focus on raising production - had renewed land grabs in the last three weeks.

Come to think of it... the country is going down after the world cup 2010 no one will ever want to visit here again because of what i think is going to happen.

This is how i see it... People that want to watch the soccor cant afford to. People that dont want to watch the soccor can afford to. So for those that dont have the money for the tickets, they are just going to storm the gates and all hell will break lo0se.

Bye bye South Africa

well put

@ person - what a moronic idea, we have hosted some of the biggest events in the world - and visitors have been nothing but impressed with the country -tourism has increased and according to Minister Marthinus van Schalkwyk more than seven million people visited SA in 2005

Dream On my friend dream on! Just funny out of the whole of Africa you could only mention heavily International subsidised Botswana, which by the way on the inside are not coping well due to their own incompetent workforce and a partly recovering Mozambique. How pathetic and you feel proud of it. Temporary economic growth with high crime and monopoly's with an insecure future denomination regards to ANC Costa Alliance and reintroduction of reverse racist laws do not really count for anything democratic or stable here either! Only the future can tell, but Read that article of that women and see your future before your eyes! Enjoy!

Biggest event in the world. My G@@Dness how feeble can you be. A few hundred visitors for some event yes! 2010 is totally different and we will see the joke after the local elite stole all the money with corrupt attitudes! They cannot even control crime or administer a communication system. What bet there is that the stupid @ssholes is going to ask for an delay or extension with some feeble excuse or the other! Will really be a joke as that's normally how its done here locally!

Oh he's such a pinnacle in our society. He should be sacked, and any competent presidency would have sacked him yonks ago.
