Impacted canine exposure surgery

I need to have impacted wisdom teeth removed and an impacted canine tooth exposed and a chain attached to it. All under general anaesthetia I wanted to know what the surgery would cost if anyone recently went for a similar operation. I am on Discovery smart classic and they aren't ever keen on paying for anything.

depends on your surgeon, and what payment plan they have signed with discovery
generally all you will have to pay is the co-payment which is

3650 - if done at a day clinic

5650 - if done at a hospital

if your surgeon charges medical aid rates, or has signed a payment plan with discovery - all the accounts will be paid by discovery.

if not, you may be liable for the difference.
