Yes, you will. It's a lucky draw. My last import I had to pay R416 taxes on an item that cost just under R600. (Scale model parts). Sometimes I just pay the handling fee of R29.00, no taxes.

And if the customs guy is nasty he may demand a permit for importing used goods.
