Is there a company in SA that can/will import products on a customer's behalf?

Are there any companies that offer this service? I.e, accepting liability for the shipping, obviously with an included fee from customer.

I need to import wheels from a shop in Europe...but they only take paypal and since the paypal deal with FNB is not public yet...I can't pay them!

199Euro's for a set of cool wheels
Shipping will probably be 200Euro's including tax here at our shores...

But I need a specialised company to handle the hassles on my behalf just give me an acurate figure and lead time...and I pay them deposit and then the rest when the wheels arive in my hands....

Anyone know's people or a company like this?:D
 
Of course you can pay them with Paypal, I've been buying stuff from Ebay and paying with Paypal for many years. Open an account on Paypal, link your credit card to it and you are in business. Easy!
 
Daaaaum...whenever I tried to do that its always been a schlep, always thought coz they not represented in SA!!!

You have been able to buy stuff with paypal in SA for years. You just can't sell stuff and receive money using paypal (until the rumour of FNB stepping in and offering this materialises).
 
Nope aparently FNB has the deal sealed so this will be the case soon...

Anyway - who knows where I can find out how much excise and tax will cost when it lands there in Cape Town docks??

Also speak to the specialist suppliers like the MG or Landy guys, they bring in stuff all the time and if you ask nice they may bring you stuff in their container the next time they import parts....they will give you the pay and pick up deal you are looking for.......at a price obviously.
 
strange, cause I recieved money, after an ebay supplier refunded me about a month ago due damage incurred towards the item
