Importing a car engine

Hi Guys

I'm trying to figure out what the process is for importing an engine into SA. Do I need an import license or a police clearance certificate from the source country?

Why not buy from one of these businesses selling import engines?

Its an old engine for an old car, I've found someone in the UK that has an engine to sell, just need to know the process in getting it here
