Importing chocolate from EU requirement from DOH?

Hi

I am going to be importing chocolate from the EU and selling in South Africa.

I wanted to find out what would I need from the Department of Health? In terms of health certificate or the like for the chocolate beforehand or when it arrives in SA?

Also, does anyone have experience in shipping a break bulk of the chocolate? Is this possible with food stuff like chocolate. As I don't reallt want to import a whole container of chocolate the first time.

I already have:
1. Importers code
2. Clearing agent to handle clearing the goods at customs

Any help would be great!

You will also have to conform to the SA food lebelling laws, meaning you may have to re-package.
