Importing Computers

Hi guys...I was thinking of importing computers from China, but i have never done this before...Anyone here knows where i could get some info regarding the correct procedures to follow, costs involved, etc icw importing?

Would you be re-selling the computers? If so check with the Local office of the manufacturer/vendor if they will support that equipment.

More often than not, the Vendor has a deal with a Local distributer and refuse to honour the warranty as it was brought "in country" through unauthorised channels. Though you have legitamatly paid and imported these machines, they are still "Grey-market" goodies.

And if you decide to through with it anyway, just let your customers be aware of the implications.
