Importing mail account in outlook

Hi all, I'm busy setting up my sister's work email account at her home pc. She exported the email account (.iaf) at work, and now I wanted to import it to outlook on her home pc, but outlook doesn't give the option to import, just set up a new account. She have vista, and no outlook express, cause outlook express does give that option. I imported that mail account to my pc with outlook express, but we cant see what's the password, and she cant remember. Can anyone tell me what to do, and if vista does have outlook express, where to find it.
 
I'm not sure if Vista has Outlook Express built in - if it does, it should be located here: "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" -- or do a search for "msimn.exe"

Which version of Outlook is loaded? If version 2003, then you should be able to import on the "Import and Export..." option under the "File" menu.
Select "Import Internet Mail Account Settings" or "Import Internet Mail and Adresses" - if either of these doesn't work, the try the option "Import from another program or file"

Just found this too:

"Vista does have Outlook Express, but it's called Windows Mail, and not Outlook Express"
 
I tried the above. I imported the .iaf account to windows mail, which worked, and when I tried to import internet mail settings in outlook from windows mail, it told me that there is no internet account to import. This type of thing makes me crazy.
 
Okay if no one can solve this, how can I get the password then, cause in the mail account it only shows dots, so I can't see what it is. I did set up the mail account manually in Outlook, but thats all I need to make it work.
 
Download SmartSniff, run SmartSniff, hit send/receive on email, check in SmartSniff, you will get the password.
