Importing SA Holidays into MS Projects

Anyone know how to do this? I have done it for MS Outlook but can't find much info on the web for Projects

Is it not just a matter of editing the standard calander, or the one assigned to your project. Can't be that difficult to do it manually, there are only 14 of them.

i know. but I'd rather import a file every year than do that.
