Impressed with Cellc support

So last week I reported poor signal and no throughout at home at work. I have had not less than 3 calls from technical support. Issues at hone were resolved in a day. At work I reported that I was still having issues. The tech guys setup an appointment to come test at site. Called me early that morning to report that their technicians had already been on site the previous day for another customer and they agreed there was signal issues. They have escalated to their tech team. Will report back to me.

Thanks for the service and feedback Cellc. More that the interconnect rays are lowered for 6 months drop your call rates to 79c.,..

Agreed..... I'm still trying for 2 months now to try and get a Cell C tech to see how bad the signal is here but nothing. I just keep on escalating it but nothing happens.
 
U guys are not nice to the Cellc rep. My experience was diff.
 
Really you are the first person to compliment cellc on their service. I have spoken to scores of people that complain about them. Must be an April fool's joke.
