Hey,

I don't know if its a record but it took me about 15 hours from the time of calling telkom to apply for a DSL line to having a functioning line..I was shocked really, they told me it would take 2 - 3 weeks with the self install option! JUst curious is this the norm now?

No, but they're definitely better than they used to be.

Took them a week to install my line and I thought that was damn fast. 15 hours must be a reckord.
