Recently experienced a problem with my ADSL phone line. Woke up Saturday morning to find my phone line had died, luckily the ADSL was still up so managed to submit a fault report on telkoms website, and get me WoW fix.
Got a call Monday morning and the fault was fixed by 13:00 on Monday. Credit given where credit is due.
Now if you can offer the same service at a more competitive rate telkom you'll have my continued support.
