Hi, According to the website, my area has "EXCELLENT" coverage, yet I only have 1 or 2 bars available.

Anyone knows how to up the signal strength a bit without wasting a lot of $$$?

I've tried every known method including the Pringle tin one, nothing seems to work.

Kind Regards,

haha, good old pringle can!

I too have excellent reported on the website. But when I got the device, I only had 1/2 bars with and RSSI of 92. Just to make sure I did get good signal, I took the device onto my roof, and got an RSSI of around 65.

So that lead me on to experimenting on moving the phone around the house, and noticed some areas have a lot better then others. Finally, I found a place on my wall, where I got an RSSI of 75, but 10cm in any direction from where it is placed, and RSSI drops alot.

So if you want to improve your signal without spending dosh, try find some place close that gets you better signal. A 5m USB cable costs alot less then an antenna.

thanks, I have finally found a spot where I have a constant 2bars, but the problem is, Its up against the ceiling ontop of the curtain rails :P, so the problem is, I would like to use neotel as a phone as well :P

I got neoconnect prime unlimited @ R999, I see on the side of the existing aerial there is a screw that screws out, is this a spot to add a secondary aerial to the phone, and if so, where can I get the secondary aerial?

Regards,
