Improved Axxess speeds!

Over the past few days my Axxess speeds have improved quite a bit, although not full account speeds, I have noticed a marked improvement.
Anybody else have feedback about Axxess?
 
I know many people have already left Axxess, maybe that is why the speeds are ok now :''D
 
Too late, she cried.
This Axxess speed issue has been going on for too long.
What made me move was the attitude; have been with them since 2009 and with this latest MTN fiasco there had been no willingness from Axxess to come to the party and discount their monthly fee they charge me for a product that has been dismal for a few weeks.
So, bye bye Axxess and have signed with OpenWeb - what a pleasure with speeds as advertised and paid for.
Axxess, you have lost a loyal client forever purely on you lack of willingness to reduce your fees for a non-working product.
 
Seems Like customers are very disappointed with Axxess
 
Let see ... got a 10 Mbps trial account from Axxess and Plugg. During office hours I got 50 KBps on Axxess and 1 MBps from Plugg. Guess where I signed up ...
 
I've had none of the issues everyone else has...until today...:(
