Under the list of ingredients, it says " 1 ds Black pepper ".

I am sure I will kick myself if you tell me the answer :o

Decent Sized black pepper corn :p
No clue hahaha I'd also go with dash

I would also say Dessert Spoon since that is a common English Cooking Abbreviation (probably carried over to India as well).

But that sounds like an awful lot of Black Pepper!

Its a black pepper spinach quiche. Lol. Just add by eye. Cooking doesn't have to be as precise as baking.
