In-app payments / subscriptions / ad-hoc payments

I've been doing mobile apps since 2011 but they have all been in-house or free in the play store/app store.

What options are available re in-app payments / subscriptions / ad-hoc payments?

I would like a subscription signed up in-app but with month ad-hoc payments for services used (billed once a month).

Just guessing here, but you definitely wont be able to use in app purchases for arrears payments.

I would read the policy guide - https://play.google.com/about/monetization-ads/payments/ - Depending on the service you are offering, a standard payment gateway that supports variable recurring billing would suffice
