In-car GPS/iPod/Bluetooth

I saw someone post something a while back and for the life of me I can't find the post! Must be searching the wrong keywords, but anyway:

I'm trying to find one of those car audio replacement systems that contains a touch screen, GPS (think it was Garmin?) navigator and bluetooth, and if I'm not mistaken some of them offer iPod connectivity options too - else MP3 at least. Anyone got a link for them in South Africa? Sort of like the Dension systems (http://www.dension.com/). It's the type of audio system found in new Mecedes and Audis.

maybe try autostyle or at the stopshop.co.za, although their prices seem high, but ppl i know who bought from them were very happy with the quality

you get a few jvc and kenwood models that do exactly this, you just need to plug in the gps module for them

The eclipse is the nicest one I could find when I was looking for something for my car.

Only problem is fitting these babies without ripping your entire dashboard to hell and gone and it ends up looking like a cape flats taxi.

A buddy of mine works for Planet Electronics and they import a really nice double-din unit. He has one installed in his car and I have played with it, very nice and if I had the bucks I would get one... but I don't. afaik autostyle sells them but you can check with them via the site.

i've seen planet electronic ads in the back of the car magazine, dunno anyone who has installed it, but it looks the part as well
