Didn't someone say the 20Mb limit is gone too?

Please tell me you're joking?

4G LTE ... With a 50MB limit :/

Unreal

Wait, does this mean apple is no longer signing 5_0_1??!
I'll still be able to absinthe a 4s on 5_0_1 though, right?
:holds breath:

Is it mandatory to have it plugged in while doing the update?

I rushed this morning to work and - knowing it doesn't do anything over 3G - took my USB wifi to work. Connected and it seems I *may* need a power adapter too ... which I don't have with me :/

I'm not sure why Apple can't just make things easy - click upgrade and BAM

Busy downloading it not. But in iTunes it says 803MB????

Is the OTA file smaller?

Mine says 170MB, but only over WIFI and i need the stupid thing plugged in...

Its cool i finish at 14:00 so when i get home i shall do the update!

Awesome, thanks OP i did miss that!

I updated iTunes and I updated my ipod touch but don't know where to find the info on what changes were made to my ipod. I tried the iPhoneza forum but they busy messing about there, where can I get the info on the update?

Thanks

Will I have to backup iPhone/iPad before doing update and restore later once the update is done or can I just update?

Now on the 4S i can switch off 3G to save battery a bit on 5.0.1 it didnt have the option. So I'm happy with the upgrade as my 3G signal at home it terrible, draining my battery quite quickly...
