Scenario: 1 x ADSL Line from Telkom, 1 x Fibre Line from Neotel & 1 x 3G from Vodacom.
Please recommend what I can use to do Inbound Load Balancing over multiple different ISP Links.

Inbound ? meaning you want to host something ?

EDIT : If it is indeed inbound then DNS round robin comes to mind...

Our DrayTek Vigor routers support load-balancing across multiple WAN connections.
Depending on how many users you have behind your gateway, I can recommend the best router suited to your requirements.

For a router with built-in DSL modem, the Vigor2860 series supports VDSL and ADSL, has a second gigabit WAN port for linking to your fibre modem, and 2 USB ports for 3G/LTE load-balancing or fail-over.
Other specs include 6 gigabit LAN ports, 32 VPN tunnels and a 30-day trial of the integrated Web Content Filter.

For a pure router/firewall, the Vigor2925 series has 2 gigabit WAN ports, 2 USB ports for 3G/LTE load-balacing or fail-over.
Other specs include 5 gigabit LAN ports, 50 VPN tunnels and a 30-day trial of the integrated Web Content Filter.

Both models have a single/dual-band WiFi n variants, as well as a VoIP-enabled model.

I hope this post comes across as useful, rather than spammy. If there's an issue, let me know and I'll remove it.

I checked the Draytek, but that does outbound load balancing. Failover to 3G is not what Im looking for. Its to balance any kind of traffic coming to my LAN. I will check out the Amazon that JohnZoid mentioned now.

pfSense also does inbound load balance at a hardware level but to be honest I have no idea how it works as I've never needed to use it.
