I'm using Comodo Firewall Pro and it has been showing up a lot of these "Inbound Policy Violation"'s lately. The problem is that most of the IP's trying to get in are on Telkom ADSL in South Africa !! IE I resolve thier IP's and get "dsl-xxx-xxx-xxx.telkomadsl.co.za".
It's not just one or two a week, it's like 8 attempts from Telkom ADSL IP's in the space of 2 hours
Is this usual ?! There's a lot more of these from foreign IP's, up to 10 an hour
Will Comodo keep these bandwidth-stealing/open-proxy-seeking savages out ?!
PS: The Telkom ADSL IP's are not on local-accounts, they start with 41.240.x.x which is the type of IP I get on an international SAIX based account, SAIX local IP's are 165.146.x.x << ALL more or less
PS2: It's not my own IP popping up, I've compared these with my IP
