Incentivise Sales

Hi,

Just wondering if there are any sales managers and if they any specific ways to incentivise or motivate staff ?
Always believe if you give a voucher, it's better because it's tax free. Any tax benefits on giving vouchers over comm?

I'm not into sales, but we usually give our staff vouchers monthly and at the year end we provide TVs/PlayStations/iPads
These "gifts" excludes the bonuses and increases that the staff get.
