Just checked my email and it seems there is still a lack of communication between the various iburst departments.:rolleyes:

If they think I'm going to touch even one byte of that bandwidth so they can charge me for yet another month they can think again.:mad:

Looks like they really want to keep me as a customer, little do they realize that I'm a customer from hell.
Still need to check my bank statement when it arrives in my email.

Yeah but it will show the same as the bank statement which I get every day.

I phoned my bank a few minutes ago to check and it seems all clear so far but if iburst put the debit through today it will only show tomorrow morning I was told.

I was wrong about the 30 day debit reversal period as it now turns out that you have up to 40 days to have any debit order reversed.:D

The "loading" of a debit order I spoke about in another thread can only block an exact amount eg R699, if they push for more or less the bank will not pick it up and then you have to do the debit reversal.
