Incomplete sms's

Does anybody else have this problem? its so frustrating

Alot of the time, i will get an sms that is incomplete and says "[Receiving Text]" sometimes taking days to come through!!

Is this a software thing? or a network thing? or a phone thing?
On vodacom with a Storm 2. Never had this problem with previous phones!

Yeah I've had that before mainly from VC to MTN and vice versa numbers, sometime's it just doesn't come through or go through, so you've got to send it again... very odd...
