Inconsistency in Bandwidth usage Telkom/SAIX

Does anyone have an idea why there would be an inconsistency in bandwidth usage between what is reported on the userstats.adsl.saix.net website and the Telkomsa.net usage site(also the mail I receive from Telkom)? On Sunday my usage jumped by 650 mb and according to my maths and the SAIX website I only used +-200mb. My Telkom usage has been stuck on 689mb since Sunday . Any ideas? (I have mailed Telkom but I think there is a greater chance of Osama going to the White House for Xmas lunch than the chance that Telkom will reply)

userstats.adsl.saix.net website shows zero usage for me. (telkomsa ISP) Telkomsa.net does give actual usage.

Hmmm, does this give me the choice infinite download bandwidth?
