Inconsistent Payments

Dear Rain.
I bought a 5G standard home router for R479 from you guys, which was to have a 3 month payment for that R479 payment. I paid it on the 16th of December then paid R154 on the 31st of December then paid R526 end of January then R999 end of February, Now in April, I am required to pay R1455. What’s happening I haven’t agreed to anything of these payment, but have been paying them without fuss. I’m not sure what I will have to pay next month. Should we cancel it and start a new subscription or change all together
