Does anyone else have a problem with volume levels not at the same level when switching from one channel to another?
How do I fix this problem?

its a "feature"
i believe there is a setting where you can go and set the "default" volume for a channel, problem is, if you want all the channels at the same volume, you will have to go and do each channel individually!
will go and check again tonight...
I worked it out about 2 weeks ago.
The changes that they have made to the software mean that ...
Wait for it
Wait for it
Wait for it
Each channel remembers the volume that it was last set to, and resumes at that volume when you return to the channel.
I lolled when I worked it out.

What new setting Andy?
The default channel volume setting?
The one where you have to set the default volume for each and every freaking channel one at a time?
That one?
Please elaborate.
Yes, but this has nothing to do with the topic.Have the HD PVR....volume is stuffed on channels....not only the HD PVR it seems....as it happens on my Moms SD PVR. Programs like series etc, volume is softer than when the adverts play. Pisses me off....cos each time adverts come on....have to turn volume down....then have to turn it back up when the series continues after the ad break. Sooooo annoying!!
So its the actual broadcast they are f#cking up....
Sounds about rightremember that we are only paying for the service, so we're not really entitled to moan about it - the story of SA...*sarcasm*
