Inconssistent speeds

A few months ago, I use to read critics regarding "IS" and always had my doubts, that a company as reputable as "IS" (so I thought), would not commit the mistake of falling in the same category as Telscum.

Now for the past 7 months (if I am not mistaken) I have experienced nothing but pathetic service from "IS". Speeds vary from extreme to extreme in a matter of hours.

No matter what you choose, be it IS or Saix, its the same chit just different smell.

If you started experiencing this problem within the last two weeks, then it is probably the same one I'm experiencing on SAiX. The problem appears to be either at the DSLAM level or more likely between the DSLAM and Barrack St in Cape Town. If you are suffering from the same problem then it's Telkom's fault not IS's. IS should be better at acknowledging the problem though.
