Incorrect billing after Openserve temp speed upgrade

This is the third month in a row where I have been hit with incorrect billing for my Openserve fibre line by Afrihost after the temporary line speed upgrade. Please @Afrigirl @AfriGuy can you sort this out once and for all as it is getting to be irritating. For what it's worth, I would have been happy to remain on my old speed if it would result in a lack of billing issues!

An escalation has been sent to accounts to correct the Billing.
