I don’t understand how my bill got to R2000 when I only skipped one payment of R100, I’ve already made a payment of R400 after my bill was R1200, which I tried to dispute with customer care and I wasn’t assisted, and I should not have paid the R400 because my number was deactivated after missing the R100 payment. Why am I being charged for services I’m not using, from R100 to R2000 when my number is inactive?
I only owed R100, I don’t understand how my bill got to R2000 when you’ve deactivated my SIM card, this is unfair and day light robbery, I will not be settling that bill.
